Being a young & an introvert girl on the job makes you feel pretty lonely (as was heard) but if your colleagues are co-operative and understanding, it becomes pretty smooth. I’m happy & thankful to work with very amazing, highly passionate & truly hard-working professionals at HexaLearn. Life is very enjoyable at my workplace because of honest & open communication across the board. My supervisors & seniors share a lot of information about the task/project & help me achieve the product & professional goal at every point.
Our work environment is so very transparent & positive, it certainly creates a fun element and that’s what always keeps me elated. Working in such an open, energetic & creative environment, filled with positivity, lots of motivation & appreciation – I feel proud & confident in decision-making as there is no gender bias & also receiving enough recognition or reinforcement to give the best results.
